Attendance is complimentary, however for planning purposes we need you to register.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2012.

New Options in 2012: Select your date of payment, or auto pay over installments

as long as your credit card is charged before the day of the event!

Early bird registration is over, but you still have the opportunity

to pay all at once or over installments.

It’s easy and flexible.

In 2012 you will be able to pay by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover). Your online payment will be handled by a secured site hosted by Vanco Services. Vanco is a certified host for non-profits and churches. Your check and credit card information will not be transmitted over the net to us. Only your personal profile and conference registration information will be sent to us.

Limited Scholarships available for students and those who are not able to afford the cost

We don’t want anyone to miss the conference because of the cost of registration. We have kept our costs to the bare minimum, and our registration fees help pay for site setup and speaker fees.

Parishioners may call the parish office directly and speak to Dorothy Conklin. If you are coming from another parish, please provide a letter of sponsorship from your pastor, then email that request to us. Please get your requests in early because scholarship availability is limited. Thank you.
